We connect to your Google Ads account via the official API to provide insights, generate ad copy, and assist with campaign creation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of The Knight Ads, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates Google's official advertising policies.
• You represent that you have the authority to link and manage the Google Ads accounts you connect to our Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Certain features of the Service are offered on a paid subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Knight Ads is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While our tools are designed to improve performance, we do not guarantee specific advertising results, ROAS improvements, or campaign success. In no event shall The Knight Ads, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or actions taken based on our recommendations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of The Knight Ads and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes prior to them taking effect. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
